Join Our Team – Retail Coordinator
Warws Werdd in Caernarfon is looking for a Retail Coordinator to support the Warws Werdd manager run our recycling and upcycling store in Cibyn. We sell second hand and upcycled furniture, clothing and homeware, while working to reduce waste from landfill and provide valuable work experience for adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day shop operations
- Coordinating stock, displays, and clothing sections
- Actively supporting adults with learning disabilities and volunteers
- Ensuring excellent customer service
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in Welsh and English, both spoken and written
- Organised, with strong administrative skills
- Excellent people skills, able to support and motivate both the team and customers
- Passionate about sustainability and community
Location: Caernarfon
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (permanent contract, with the need to work some nights and weekends in accordance with the Rota)
Salary: £27,105 (Increase in salary from April 1st)
